Childbirth Education at Sprouting Families is based on the ideology that birth is a personal and transformative experience for a mother and her family. We want families to leave our classes feeling prepared and empowered for birth and parenthood!

Sprouting Family classes have a community feel with the goal that mothers and partners will have a built-in support system during pregnancy and after the birth of their babies with their classmates.
